  • The product is delivered in an incorrect size compared to what was ordered.

  • Claims must include the order number and clear photographic evidence of the issue.

2. Non-Eligible Cases

We do not offer refunds, replacements, or returns in the following cases:

  • Buyer’s remorse or change of mind.

  • Incorrect sizing ordered by the customer.

  • Minor variations in print color, design placement, or texture caused by the print-on-demand process.

  • Requests made after the 5-day window has passed.

3. Process for Refund or Replacement

  2. Provide your order number and photos showing the defect or issue.

  3. Our team will review your request and confirm eligibility.

  4. If approved, we will either:

    • Send a replacement product at no extra cost, OR

    • Issue a refund to your original payment method (via PayPal).

  • Approved refunds are typically processed within 7–10 business days, depending on your payment provider.

  • Replacement shipping times vary by location and carrier.
